Most people who "discover" my work who visit long sequences of pages are not obviously following any specific line of original intent.
Naturally, I can only get my information from a statcounter that gives me specific superficial details.
But, it looks to me like most of the people who appear to appreciate what I do had not had any intention of reading what they then went on to read.
Most visitors who seem to "get it" to show some obvious appreciation by amount of time spent or pages visited appear to be engaging in activity that is tangential to any possible original purpose that they might have had. Their enjoyment of my work seems to be incidental; unintended.
And, that's what I like.
That's what I intend; and to the extent that it does happen, that's a measure of the progressive success of my work.
