Most people who "discover" my work — who visit long sequences of pages — are not obviously following any specific line of original intent.

Naturally, I can only get my information from a statcounter that gives me specific superficial details.

But, it looks to me like most of the people who appear to appreciate what I do had not had any intention of reading what they then went on to read.

Most visitors who seem to "get it" — to show some obvious appreciation by amount of time spent or pages visited — appear to be engaging in activity that is tangential to any possible original purpose that they might have had. Their enjoyment of my work seems to be incidental; unintended.

And, that's what I like.
