Restaurants are a terrible place to work - low pay, dangerous, unsociable hours, unreliable hours, uncertainty in the best of times and those don't last. No benefits, nothing. If the industry has to change maybe something good will come from it, because it's never been good yet.

I think this is where I stopped compiling these sorts of agglomeration pages. I started again in December 2024.
