Irish women in public — no recognition

Irish women have no apparent awareness of strangers in public.

This is a generalization, and is therefore partially untrue — but it's generally true.

When approaching two Irish women standing in the middle of the footpath, or yes in the middle of a doorway, one may look at the sides of their eyeballs for any recognition. There will be none.
