"At-will" labor - fired for nothing with no recourse

I believe that in an "at-will" jurisdiction, workers have no significant rights.

Without any presumption of the legal right to keep one's job (absent just cause for dismissal,) the value of all other rights is diminished to insignificance.

You can be fired for nothing. What other rights do you want?
