Yesterday I got a letter from the Health Service Executive informing me that they'd declined an appeal I'd made with the help of TD (member of parliament) John McGuinness about a decision they'd made last October.
The basis of the decision and of the declined appeal is that I do not satisfy Habitual Residency Conditions. "Habitual Residency" is the exact terminology that the Department of Social Welfare used in September, when they approved me on another matter after a rather extensive process.
HSE also reiterated that I do not have a "Stamp 4" (analogous to a Green Card) and that I have "outstayed a holiday visa."
I filed the letter with the rest of my official-Ireland paperwork.
