I agree communication can be better, and I'll try to help the effort. I do still want to be insulated from certain executive conditions, for example when Linda's "freaking out." I'll do what I can to help, but I wouldn't benefit from a whole lot of information about that, any more than she'd want to know all the details of my work, as long as it gets done.
