Mex Rock restaurante mexicano, Seville

When I went in to speak with the owner of Mex Rock restaurante mexicano in February of 2001, he said we should give it a try "to see how you move in the kitchen." So I had a job in Seville....

I worked at Mex Rock for only a part of the six months that I lived in Seville, but the job and the people I met there were central to my experience in town.

I was in Seville from Nochebuena 2000 until June of 2001.
